Alejandra vergara

Mining Engineer, graduated from University of Santiago, with post degrees in both Mining Planning (University of Chile) and Mining Management (Pontifical Catholic University of Chile). He has 15 years of professional experience in Chile and abroad, performing in the areas of evaluation, administration and development of exploration and mining projects. He has also worked in engineering, planning, mining development and construction. The main companies he has worked are Ferrovial Agroman, CODELCO and Herencia Resources plc. In this latter, he performed a transversal role in the various areas of a mining project, participating not only in technical matters, but also in legal, environmental and mining property.

 

 

Lawyer, graduated from Arturo Prat University, and Master of Business Law, from Adolfo Ibanez University (in progress), with degrees in Business Legislation and Mining Legislation. A professional executive with more than ten years of experience in regulatory matters and nature and environmental resources. Proven achievements in the public and private sectors; she was in charge of the Legal Unit of the Ministry of National Assets in the Tarapaca Region, while in the private sector she has worked mainly in the mining area, providing advice in legal, corporate and regulatory matters, land use rights, water rights, maritime concessions, application of ILO convention 169, and environmental evaluation of projects, among others.

 

 

Bruno Morales

FERNANDO PANCA

Mining Engineer graduated from the University of Santiago. Twelve years of experience with technical competences in on-site supervision of mining projects, and both mine planning and design. He has participated in numerous feasibility studies of projects, achieving ample mastery in the use of mining software, such as Datamine, 5D Planner, Mine2-4D and MineSight. He has developed all these capabilities through his extensive experience in mining, mainly in Chile, Peru, Argentina, Brazil and Turkey.

 

 

Geologist from Universidad Nacional de San Marcos (Peru), MSc at Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (Germany) and Diplomate in Economy of Minerals Universidad de Chile. He is currently getting a PhD in geology at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität (Münster, Germany).  Ample experience in Au-Ag epithermal systems, Cu-Au porphyries, skarns, IOCG, and Cu-Ag stratabound deposits. He has worked in Panamerican Silver, Kinross Gold Chile, Antofagasta Minerals, Cliff Natural Resources and Herencia Resources.

He has been Researcher of the Geostatistic Center of that same entity; Project Head of Ore Deposit Evaluation at Escuela Superior de Ingenieros de Minas de Madrid; Mining Director at Engineering Department, Universidad de Chile; Project Head of Mining Division at CIMM Chile, Reserves Superintendent at Mine Planning Vice Presidency Codelco Chuquicamata, and Senior Mining Consultant at BHP Engineering.

Agronomist Engineer Universidad de Chile and Master in Environmental Sciences, with 16 years of experience, leading teams associated to development of environmental feasibilities, sectorial permits, queries of pertinence, environmental impact assesments, environmental impact studies, citizen participation, environmental base lines, management plans, environmental audits and due dilligence.

 

 

Metallurgical Engineer graduated from University of Concepcion and also MBA degree from University of Los Andes. Twenty years of experience. Solid knowledge in both mineral processing and tailings recovery. A broad experience in metallic mining, including copper, molybdenum, gold, silver and iron.  He is consistent in the formulation, execution and successful completion of projects. Ample skills in team management and strong emphasis in research. International experience, developing projects in Mongolia, Panama, Nicaragua, Brazil and Argentine.
